After submitting your resume online, a Tews recruiter will review your qualifications and experience. If there is a potential fit with a current or future role, a recruiter will reach out to schedule a phone or personal interview.

Do you accept walk-ins to meet with a recruiter?

Tews’ application process begins online and we operate by appointment only. Please submit your resume for a specific position at http://jobs.tewscompany.com or e-mail at info@tewscompany.com. If there is a fit with a current or potential role, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a phone or personal interview.

Can Tews sponsor my visa?

Tews does not sponsor visas at this time.

Payroll and W-2 Information

What is the payroll cycle for contract and contract to hire employees?

Tews’ payroll week runs from Sunday through Saturday. Payroll is processed every Tuesday at 10am.

When is my timesheet due?

Timesheets for the prior week are due before Monday at 8:00 a.m. EST.

Do you offer direct deposit?

Yes, you can access direct deposit forms at http://www.tewscompany.com/forms.shtml
Depending on your financial institution, initial direct deposit set up typically takes 24-72 hours.
If you need to enroll or make changes to your direct deposit, please allow 4-5 business days.

Where can I get a copy of my pay stub?

You can access all of your paystubs at https://tews.coatsweb.com/

How can I access my payroll information online?

Payroll information is available at https://tews.coatsweb.com. Enter your username, which is your LAST name in ALL CAPS, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

How can I retrieve my password?

Enter your username (last name ALL CAPS and the last 4 digits of social security number) and select “submit.” A temporary password will be emailed to you.

What happens if I get locked out of my account?

Email info@tewscompany.com and request that your account be unlocked. Please include your formal first and last name, email and a phone number at which you can be reached.
